To-Do-List for 2022

1. Pray!

2. Drink more water.

3. Be kind to myself.

4. Live! Did you know that live is a verb?

5. Practice self-care.

6. Try daily- There are days that I don't get out of bed . On those days I have to talk myself into being productive. That's ok. As long as I try I win.

7. Read- If you have any good books to recommend that'd be great.

8. Be grateful- I have more to be grateful for than I have to be worried about. The trick is to remember this.

9. Trust God's plan.

10. Be honest with myself- I am better and I walk in wellness, but I do have rough days.

12. Make decisions that serve me well. People pleasing only pleases other people. My job is to make sure that I am pleased.

13. Exercise.

14. Stay focused.

I will remember that I am worth it. Please remember that you're worth it too!
